Photography Club of Rouf College-PCRC was an online platform first. We started our very first online journey at the end of 2016. In 2017, we arranged our first online contest of photography. As we didn't have any offline platform, the Founder panel of PCRC proposed to Former Principal Lt. Col (Rtd) Akhter Iqbal sir to give us an offline platform and stand it as a club. Then in 2018, PCRC turned into an offline club. Since then, PCRC is one of the most active and established clubs of Rouf College. At present Principal Lt. Col Hafez Md. Zonayed Ahmed, AEC sir is engaged as our Chief Patron moreover Vice Principal Md. Golam Sarwar Hossain sir & AHM Dr. Tanzila Almazi ma'am are engaged with us as our Patrons. Nadira Chowdhury ma'am ( Lecturer, ICT) is our Moderator. Our Advisors are Dr. Md. Sultan Farid sir (Associate Professor, Geography) & K. M. Akmal Hossain sir (Assistant Professor, Bangla) . We have Three individual departments.

We arrange workshop based on various knowledge of photography and art. Our members can earn knowledge about any sector they want. We arrange photowalks and travel tours also. Our members can practically imply their skills earning from the workshops in the photowalks and live art segments. Moreover, we hold many intra/inter college contests and competitions of photography, art and designing both offline and online. We achieved many prizes at different national exhibitions. We've achieved 3 international prizes also. We made a short film 'Opekkha', based on our liberation war which was directed by Md Ikramuzzaman and acted by our members at 2019. A national art exhibition, named 'RongMoshal' was also being held by PCRC at 21st February,2020. Our members cover the photography side of every program which are rendered at our college premises. Every PCRC member always maintains the rules and regulations of Rouf College. After lot of struggle and hard work, now in this 2020, we are the biggest online platform among all the clubs of Birshreshtha Munshi Abdur Rouf Public College. We can proudly say that we are PCRC and we love to do our job very professionally.
